SONY TEAMS WITH ACS IN SXRD 4K DIGITAL CINEMA SYSTEMS
FIELD SUPPORT AND ON-SITE SERVICE
ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 24, 2006 – Sony Electronics has
signed a service-level agreement with ACS Enterprises to
provide on-site maintenance and field support for Sony’s
SXRD 4K digital cinema systems.
Sony will deploy ACS personnel as needed to further
support the teams from its professional services group
who are already working with exhibitors across the
United States. As a result, customers in the commercial
theater industry will have access to more resources,
receive faster response to service calls and realize a
reduction in the potential for equipment downtime.

ACS specializes in providing a range of services for
the movie theater industry, including theater
management, construction, engineering and facility
maintenance.
